Eligibility
To be eligible for the Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) for admission to XLRI (Xavier Labour Relations Institute) Jamshedpur, you need to have a bachelor’s degree of at least three years in any discipline from a recognized university. There’s no minimum percentage requirement for your bachelor’s degree, but you must have passed all your subjects and be a qualified graduate. Final-year students can also apply, but their admission will be canceled if they fail any subjects.
